Japanese Tuna Steak
You should be eating fish at least twice a week. Up your weekly intake of Omega-3 with this super easy Asian inspired recipe.
Serves 2.
High carb.
Easy.

In a jam jar or other lidded container mix:
1 tbsp sesame oil (use neutral if you don’t have it)
1 tsp mirin
2 tsp soy sauce
2 tsp rice wine vinegar
1 tsp wasabi paste
1/2 finely sliced red chilli
Using a sharp knife cube:
1/2 cucumber
1 mango
1 avocado
Finely slice:
3 radishes
Mix the fruit and vegetables with the dressing. Set aside.
Cook the rice according to the pack. Season with salt.
1 mug of brown rice
Heat a griddle pan to high. Lightly oil the fish and cook a couple of minutes on each side. An internal temperature of 32 degrees will give it a luxurious rare finish. Season with salt.
2 tuna steaks
Lightly oil and griddle the broccoli stems. Season with salt.
6 or 7 tender stem broccoli
Serve as pictured with the garnishes.
