Chocolate Protein Balls

Avoid reaching for the pre-packaged snacks when you're craving something mid afternoon. Make a batch of these, so you have an easy go to snack, and make the right food choices!

Ingredients:

1 cup oats

1/2 cup peanut butter

1 tbsp coconut oil (melted)

2 scoops whey protein powder

1/4 cup coca powder

1/2 cup toasted coconut flakes

2 tbsp cacao nips

1/3 cup honey

1 tsp vanilla essence

Method:

Mix all the in ingredients together and refrigerate for 20 min.

With wet hands scoop out a walnut sized piece. Roll in to a ball. Continue this until you’ve used all the mixture. Store in and airtight container in the fridge.
