Healthy(ish) Rocky Road

These bars are a great little treat when you craving something sweet. Packed out with natural goodness they're also Vegan.

Ingredients

100 g of Mixed Nuts 100g of Dates (soaked in hot water for 10 min) 100g of Coconut Oil (room temperature) Zest of 1 Orange 35g of Cacao Powder 75g of Granola 30g of Dried Cranberries

Method

Toast your nuts until golden at 180 degrees.

Blend the soaked dates with the soft coconut oil and the cacao powder until well combined.

Add the other ingredients and pulse until just combined. Not too much though, you still want some texture in there.

Place in a parchment lined tin and leave in the fridge to set.
